To resolve some recent stability problems, new VIP Passenger missions have been disabled temporarily. Active missions of this type are not affected.

Where is my login verification code?

Please check the email address shown in your prompt box.

The most common problem for not receiving these is because they end up in junk/spam folder so please check them as they may be preventing you from receiving your verification code.

Also please make sure that you do not close the window requesting the code until you have received the code email as requesting a new code invalidates all previous codes.

You may wish to add the following email addresses to your email white-list to ensure that our emails are not automatically blocked:

no-reply@zaonce.net 
no-reply@elitedangerous.com

If you cannot find your verification code you may wish to try using an alternative email address. You can change the email associated with your account at any time on your Account Information page.

When we are very busy these codes can take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.
