I have received a discount code from Frontier, how can I use it?

Congratulations on receiving a code for a merchandise discount that can used on our store!

If you received these instructions in an email then they may be outdated, please follow the instructions below to redeem your code.

With any merchandise discounts we're giving away, you will have to follow the steps below:

  • Log into the Frontier Store using your standard account details.
  • Add the product that the discount applies to, to your shopping cart.
  • Go to cart: (Not the checkout)
  • Enter your code in the ‘Discount codes’ section on the right and click ‘Apply Coupon

After applying your code the discount should be reflected in the grand total in the cart straight away. At this point feel free to proceed to the checkout.

Not all discount codes apply to all platforms; please refer to the email information for further details or restrictions on the specific code you have received.
