Current Response Times
Due to an increase in workload, and a change in our working practices due to Covid-19; we are having to prioritise help tickets that are preventing users from playing our games. Whilst we aim to address every ticket in the order received, this may mean some tickets receive a reply outside of the response time below. We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

This is the Frontier Developments Customer Support site.

I cannot log into the issue tracker with my steam account.

To make use of the issue tracker, you must first create an account on the Frontier Store.  You can do this by clicking this link.

Once you have done this or if you already have an account, please then follow the following instructions.
1. Under 'My Account' at the top right, select 'Account Dashboard'.
2. From the options on the left, select 'Partner Keys'.
3. Select the green 'Sign in through Steam' button.

Once you log in to Steam (as requested on the page that will open), your accounts will be linked and you will have access to the Frontier Issue Tracker.
