HOW DO I FIND MY COMPUTER'S SPECIFICATION?
In order to find your computer's specification, you can use a tool built into Windows called DxDiag.
Type 'dxdiag' into the start menu on your PC. An icon should appear at the top of the list, double-click the icon to run the program.
In the System tab you should see:
- Your operating system. - The processor model, speed, and the number of cores - Your total available memory
Next is the Display tab, it shows:
- Graphics card make and model - Total graphics memory - Date of your current graphics driver
Should you need any assistance comparing your computer's system specifications to the minimum and recommended system requirements, you can select Save all information and attach it to any tickets you make.
The items below should be equal or higher than the minimum requirements:
- Operating system version - Number of processor cores - Processor speed - Memory
