PC - Crashes / Freezing Issues

When your game crashes or freezes, please provide as much information about what you were doing and how the game crashed.

Please use the date format and state your timezone (DD-MMM-YY HH:MM) e.g. 31-JAN-2019 13:41 GMT | If you have been able to submit a crash report please let us know when this occured to assist us in retrieving your crash report. This will help us improve the recommendations we can provide.

You can obtain a Dxdiag by following these steps: | Click the "Start" menu | Type/Search for "dxdiag" and click "Ok". | In the new window, click on the button labelled "Save all information" | A "Save As.." prompt appears. Choose a destination and click "Save". | Please paste the file that is produced here as a .txt format. | Advice on this can be found here:

The version number of the Launcher and Game Client. This can be found in the bottom left corner of the launcher. If possible please include the string that is shown after you log in.
