PC - Technical Input Device Issue

If you are having problems with a controller, setting keybindings, configuring your VR headset or having other supported peripheral issues; please plug in the device in question, complete a DXDIAG (as detailed below) and we'll try our best to provide some technical troubleshooting assistance.

Please ensure your input devices are plugged in before running the DXDIAG. You can then obtain a Dxdiag by following these steps: | Click the "Start" menu | Type/Search for "dxdiag" and click "Ok". | In the new window, click on the button labelled "Save all information" | A "Save As.." prompt appears. Choose a destination and click "Save". | Please paste the file that is produced here as a .txt format. | Advice on this can be found here: https://bit.ly/2voi0aW
