Xbox - Connection issues

After you have launched the game if you are having trouble connecting and cannot play or see others in game please let us know the details.

If you have had a 'Connection Error', please provide us with the 'Error Code' shown. If you did not receive an error code or do not know it, please state this above. Providing this code will help us identify and resolve your issue quickly.

Is your Xbox One connected to your network using a wired or wireless connection?

You can find out your NAT type in your Xbox One's settings under "Current network status"

Please select your download speed, you can find this by running the Detailed Network Statistics on your Xbox One.
